Dr. Jason Bloom will address this exciting revolutionary treatment on Sofwave Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam Technology SUPERBTM, which answers the growing demand for non-invasive treatments that deliver noticeable wrinkle reduction.

ALL seven transducer beams are synchronized and high thermal dose is delivered to the mid dermis at 1.5mm reaching temperatures to 60-70 ̊C.

-No limitations of energy scattering or reflection

-Each pulse delivers high intensity energy (Total energy/pulse up to 35 Joules)

-No dependence on tissue absorption--all skin types

Dr. Bloom will cover return on investment, procedure perks, long term case studies and why he would chose Sofwave over other non-invasive technology that is offered today.

With its seven cooled transducers directly coupled to the epidermis, this device creates a unique 3D array of volumetric, cylindrical-shaped thermal zones that deliver continuous parallel energy simultaneously to coagulate more tissue areas more quickly at the ideal depth of 1.5 mm - mid-dermis. This improves skin laxity effect in half the treatment time of other technologies, no matter the skin type.

Some of the vital keys to the success of a practice involve things that are not strictly taught in medical school. Such as the adequate and correct use of available business entities appropriate for a medical practice. Many physicians are not aware of the specific legal tools available, that enable them to focus their efforts on improved patient care.

The Endonasal Delivery Flap Approach to Primary Cosmetic Rhinoplasty - Stephen W. Perkins, MD

The endonasal delivery flap approach to a primary cosmetic rhinoplasty will be shown on a young 20-year-old female patient. The patient has some ethnic characteristics with slightly thick skin. She desired cosmetic improvement in the profile with hump reduction and refinement of the nasal tip. The preoperative analysis of her nose is presented by the surgeon, pointing out the anatomical and cosmetic issues shown on the preoperative photographs. The procedure begins with the endonasal delivery flap approach to the tip-alar cartilages. The caudal septal approach to the septum and harvesting cartilage is demonstrated. The "non" tongue-in-groove technique for managing cephalic tip rotation is shown clearly with management of tip projection. Sequential hump reduction followed by medial and lateral osteotomies is shown in detail. Fine tuning the result with nostril narrowing and a rim graft completes the procedure. Post- operative dressings are also shown.
