This AAFPRS webinar will provide physicians to move beyond surface-level pros/cons to help surgeons intentionally design autonomy aligned with their values, stage of life, and risk tolerance.

 This activity is designed to meet the clinical and professional education needs of practicing physicians, residents, advanced practice providers, and front office staff, who work in the fields of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, Oculoplastic Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, and Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, as well as for healthcare professionals involved in surgical and non-surgical treatments used to restore, enhance and rejuvenate the face. It is intended for physicians and other health care professionals who are interested in translating expanded knowledge into practice for the improvement of patient care and outcomes.
