Nasal tip aesthetics are complex and sublime. Correction of nasal tip deformities and creation of an attractive nasal tip is a challenge particularly along the alar lobule and soft triangle facet. This presentation will focus on surgical maneuvers to optimize both functional and cosmetic elements of this particularly challenging area of nasal tip anatomy.

The creation of an attractive nasal tip is a challenge particularly along the alar lobule and soft triangle facet.
