Rhytidectomy Innovations The Double Deep Plane Rhytidectomy

Recorded On: 08/26/2020

Approaches to the deep plane have traditionally involved a Skoog type lower facial approach, a Hamra deep plane or a multi plane SMAS flap approach. The presenter has developed a new Approach to the deep plane using Ultrsonic dissection that permit easy dissection of the facial deep plane and a complete deep plane and subplatysmal dissection that releases all posterior platysmal retaining ligaments. This technique has been used in close to 100 patients with excellent results and low complications. The technique is currently in press in Facial Plastic Surgery Journal.
