This presentation involves a panel discussion utilizing case-based examples to illustrate real-life scenarios faced my many facial plastic & reconstructive surgeons treating patients with facial paralysis. The panelists discuss practical surgical techniques and patient management pearls they have honed over years dedicated to facial reanimation. Case examples will include office based treatments such as chemodenervation and surgical techniques ranging from static slings, to nerve transfer, to free muscle transfer.  An emphasis will be placed on practical techniques to equip attendees with helpful tools when treating their own patients.
