 This tape describes the endoscopic forehead lift in a middleaged woman, primarily being performed for eyebrow ptosis. The endoscopic forehead approach in the subperiosteal plane describes in detail elevation over the linear alba, myoplasty of the corrugator supercillius, advancement and fixation with counter-sunk titanium fixation screws, and closure. Pre and post-operative patient photographs are shown.
