This DVD presents a middle-aged woman with prominent dermatochalasis of the upper lids, and steatoblepharon and skin excess of the lower lids. Dr. Adamson's current approach to upper lid blepharoplasty with fat excision is detailed. The lower eyelids are approached through a transconjunctival incision for fat removal and skin pinch for skin removal. Intraoperative surgical decision making is discussed and results shown.
