There are various techniques used to address nasal tip shape and resiliency. The presentation will address indications for dome suture versus need for alteration of the lateral crura and placement of various nasal tip grafts. An approach will be presented from simple techniques to more advanced overlay and tensioning of the lateral crura in achieving aesthetic goals to the nasal tip.
